These Terms apply to your use of the Easy Grocery website and every order you place. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can order
We deliver only to addresses in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent's or guardian's permission) and give accurate contact and delivery information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity in your account.
Orders and limits
- Order amount: each order must have at least $10.00 in items. The order total can't be more than $60.00.
- Quantity limits: you can buy up to 3 of each item per order, or up to 4 of items priced $3.35 or less. The limit is shown on each product page.
- Product photos and descriptions are for guidance. Packaging and availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error, we will tell you and you may change or cancel the order.
- Prices can change at any time until you place your order. The checkout page always shows the current price and total.
Prices, fees and payment
Payment is made through our payment partner, which accepts fixed payment amounts. At checkout, after you pick a payment method, we show the exact amount you will pay. If that amount is above your order total, the difference is shown as a Service fee. If it is below, it is shown as a Discount. In some cases a payment may be split into two fixed amounts; if so, both are shown before you pay. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you are charged. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order yourself from your order page until it is paid. After payment, contact us as soon as possible: we will cancel and refund if the order hasn't been sent yet. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically after some time.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery dates shown on the site and at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers and suppliers can cause delays we don't control. We will share tracking information when available. Please check your address carefully; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. We may add a delivery photo to your order as proof of delivery.
Returns and refunds
See our Returns policy. Refunds are sent back through the original payment method when possible.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no fraud, false information, automated scraping, interfering with the site's security, or abusive messages in chat. We may refuse or cancel orders and close accounts that break these Terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Easy Grocery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state where Easy Grocery operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
