Our founding roast strikes the perfect balance between the bold and the smooth. This medium roast was developed to be the best gluten-free drip coffee you'll ever taste! Featuring a cocoa and vanilla aroma, bold tasting notes, and a smooth buttery finish. Each 12oz bag of coffee will make about 16 cups of coffee. Light Roast offers a smoother, more easy-drinking experience. Medium Roast has the most balanced flavor, aroma, and acidity. Dark Roast brings a more heavy body and richer flavor with lower acidity. Extra Dark Roast delivers the richest, most smoky flavor from our coffee roaster.
